Dessa allmänna villkor gäller för köp av produkter och tjänster från Svenska Golfarrangemang AB (”säljföretaget”, ”vi”, ”oss”). När du som kund genomför ett köp, accepterar du dessa villkor.
1. Betalning och priser
Alla priser anges exklusive moms, om inget annat uttryckligen anges. Moms tillkommer enligt gällande lagstiftning.
Fraktkostnader tillkommer och specificeras i samband med beställning och i kassan.
Betalning sker via de betalningsalternativ som erbjuds vid köptillfället.
2. Återbetalning och ångerrätt
Privatkunder har ångerrätt enligt distansavtalslagen.
Sverige och EU: Kunden har rätt att ångra sitt köp inom 14 dagar från det att varan mottagits, förutsatt att varan returneras i originalförpackning och i väsentligen oförändrat skick.
Utanför EU: Ångerrätt och återbetalning bedöms från fall till fall i enlighet med tillämplig lagstiftning.
Återbetalning sker efter att retur har mottagits och godkänts.
Produkter som är specialbeställda eller tillverkade enligt kundens specifika önskemål omfattas inte av ångerrätt, öppet köp eller återkallelse.
3. Leveransvillkor och avbeställning
Leverans inom Sverige: Leverans sker normalt inom cirka 5 arbetsdagar (vardagar kl. 06.00–18.00), om inget annat anges.
Leverans till utlandet: För leveranser utanför Sverige, vänligen kontakta oss för ett beräknat leveransdatum.
Säljföretaget ansvarar inte för förseningar som orsakas av transportör eller omständigheter utanför vår kontroll.
Avbeställning av order måste ske innan varan har skickats. Efter utskick gäller ordinarie retur- och ångervillkor.
4. Allmänna villkor – tillämplighet
Dessa villkor gäller i den mån de inte strider mot tvingande svensk lag eller annan tillämplig lagstiftning.
För privatkunder gäller konsumentskyddslagstiftning och distansavtalsregler, vilka även syftar till att ge ett rimligt skydd för säljföretaget.
5. Beställning
För att handla hos oss måste du vara 18 år eller ha målsmans tillstånd.
Beställningar som görs i någon annans namn utan dennes samtycke, eller som på annat sätt orsakar ekonomisk skada för säljföretaget, kommer att polisanmälas.
Säljföretaget förbehåller sig rätten att friskriva sig från eventuella felskrivningar, fel i produktinformation eller felaktiga specifikationer.
Alla bilder ska ses som illustrationer och kan avvika från produktens faktiska utseende och egenskaper.
6. Äganderätt
Alla produkter förblir säljföretagets egendom tills full betalning har mottagits.
7. Ansvar för defekter och begränsning av ansvar
Säljarens ansvar för fel i leverans eller produkt är begränsat till vad som anges i dessa villkor och tillämplig lag.
Vi ansvarar inte för direkt eller indirekt skada såsom, men inte begränsat till:
8. Reklamation, retur och återkallelse
Reklamation ska ske inom skälig tid efter att felet upptäckts, i enlighet med svensk konsumentköplag.
Vid reklamation eller retur ska kunden kontakta oss för instruktioner innan varan skickas tillbaka.
Produkter ska returneras väl emballerade och i ursprungligt skick för att undvika ytterligare skador under returtransport.
Om ingen defekt kan konstateras efter granskning förbehåller sig säljföretaget rätten att debitera kunden en avgift om 200 kr + moms, samt returfrakt.
Säljföretaget har rätt att ersätta en defekt produkt med en likvärdig produkt om identisk vara inte finns tillgänglig.
Om en vara skadas under transport ska säljföretaget snarast möjligt lämna information om ersättning och vidare hantering.
9. Ej uthämtade försändelser
För försändelser som inte hämtas ut och returneras till säljföretaget debiteras kunden en avgift om 250 kr + moms, samt returfrakt, för att täcka kostnader för transport och hantering.
10. Fraktskadade varor
Om en produkt skadas under transport, oavsett om skadan är synlig eller dold, ska detta anmälas till transportören inom 7 dagar från mottagandet.
11. Force majeure
Händelser såsom krig, naturkatastrofer, strejker, myndighetsbeslut, uteblivna leveranser från leverantörer eller andra omständigheter utanför säljföretagets kontroll, som inte rimligen kunde ha förutsetts, ska betraktas som force majeure.
Vid force majeure befrias säljföretaget från sina skyldigheter att fullgöra avtalet under den tid som omständigheten består.
12. Ändringar och slutförsäljning
Säljföretaget förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst ändra information, inklusive men inte begränsat till priser, tekniska specifikationer och produkterbjudanden, utan föregående meddelande.
Vid slutförsäljning, prisfel eller om en vara utgår ur sortimentet förbehåller sig säljföretaget rätten att häva köpet och återbetala eventuellt inbetalt belopp.
Konsumenten ska i sådana fall informeras om möjliga likvärdiga ersättningsprodukter om sådana finns tillgängliga.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of products and services from Svenska Golfarrangemang AB ("the seller", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment and pricing
All prices are stated excluding VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT is added in accordance with applicable legislation.
Shipping costs are added to the order and are specified at checkout.
Payment is made using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.
2. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Private consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.
Sweden and the EU: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and in substantially unchanged condition.
Outside the EU: Refunds and rights of withdrawal are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable local legislation.
Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and approved.
Products that are specially ordered or manufactured according to the customer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, open purchase, or cancellation.
3. Delivery terms and cancellation
Delivery within Sweden: Delivery normally takes place within approximately 5 business days (weekdays between 06:00 and 18:00), unless otherwise stated.
International delivery: For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us to receive an estimated delivery date.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Order cancellation must be made before the goods have been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, standard return and withdrawal conditions apply.
4. General applicability of terms
These terms apply insofar as they do not conflict with mandatory Swedish law or other applicable legislation.
For private consumers, consumer protection and distance selling legislation applies and is also intended to provide reasonable protection for the seller.
5. Orders
To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Orders placed in another person’s name without their consent, or otherwise causing financial harm to the seller, will be reported to the police.
The seller reserves the right to disclaim responsibility for typographical errors, incorrect product information, or inaccuracies in specifications.
All product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect the product’s actual appearance or characteristics.
6. Retention of ownership
All products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
7. Liability for defects and limitation of liability
The seller’s liability for defects or delivery errors is limited to what is stated in these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
The seller shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
8. Complaints, returns and withdrawal
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, in accordance with applicable consumer sales legislation.
Before returning a product, the customer must contact us to receive return instructions.
Returned products must be properly packaged and handled with care to prevent unnecessary damage during return transport.
If no defect can be identified after inspection, the seller reserves the right to charge a fee of SEK 200 + VAT, plus return shipping costs.
The seller reserves the right to replace a defective product with an equivalent product if an identical item is not available.
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and original condition.
If a product is damaged during transport, the seller will provide information regarding compensation as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Uncollected consignments
For consignments that are not collected and are returned to the seller, the customer will be charged a fee of SEK 250 + VAT, plus return shipping costs, to cover transportation and handling expenses.
10. Goods damaged in transit
If a product is damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or concealed, it must be reported to the carrier within 7 days of receipt.
11. Force majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, failure of supplier deliveries, extraordinary cost increases, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control that could not reasonably have been foreseen shall be considered force majeure.
In such cases, the seller is released from its obligation to fulfil the agreement for the duration of the force majeure event.
12. Amendments and final sale
The seller reserves the right to amend all information at any time, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, and product offerings, without prior notice.
In the event of final sale, pricing errors, or if a product is discontinued, the seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid.
In such cases, the customer will be informed of any available equivalent replacement products where applicable.
